Shipping policy

We ship to every country and territory offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot ship there.

Times

Delivery takes approx. 2 weeks and no later than 30 calendar days from the order. During the holiday season, printing can take up to 7–10 business days; express shipping does not shorten printing time.

Where it ships from: the book is printed at the nearest Lulu facility (usually France or the UK for Europe, and the US for North America).

Taxes and customs: there are no customs within the EU. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and outside the EU (US, UK, Switzerland…), the destination may charge duties, import taxes or clearance fees, payable by the recipient. In the US, books carry no general duty, but every parcel goes through customs.

Returns on withdrawal: you pay the direct cost of returning the book. From outside Spain it can be high; as a guide, about 15 € from within the EU and 35 € from the US (tracked postal parcel; the actual cost depends on the carrier the buyer chooses).
