Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Printed editions (Standard paperback, Premium Edition and cloth edition): the period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the book. To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement: ASSEMBLR VENTURES, S.L., Calle Príncipe de Vergara 13, 4th floor, door E, 28001 Madrid, Spain, direccion@quantumhive.es. The quickest way is the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the shop footer and in your order emails: enter your details, confirm your withdrawal and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Ebook: the ebook is delivered as a download after purchase. You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, just as with the printed editions, by notifying us through the same means.

"Machine of the Month" subscription: you may withdraw within 14 days of sign-up and we refund your first payment. After that you may cancel any time: you will not be charged again, but the current month is not refunded. If a plate does not arrive or is faulty, write to us and we will resend it or refund that month.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment and at no cost to you. For the printed book we may withhold the refund until we receive it back or you supply proof of sending it, whichever is earlier.

Returning the book

Send the book to the address we give you in our reply within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning it unless it is faulty. International returns can be expensive (see the shipping page). You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine it.

Damaged or misprinted books and guarantee

You have the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (TRLGDCU). If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, or the ebook fails to download or is faulty, write to direccion@quantumhive.es with your order number (and a photo for the book) and we will replace it or refund you, shipping included, at no cost.
